  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • No shipping or delivery on weekends or public holidays.
  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

Delivery Areas

  • Currently delivering within South Africa only.
  • Major cities and surrounding areas via our courier partners.
  • Outlying/rural areas may take longer and may incur extra charges.

Delivery Times

  • Main centres: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Outlying areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier/weather delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
  • Free delivery may apply above a specified order value (when available).

Age Verification

  • Purchasers must be 18+ years (South African liquor laws).
  • Couriers may request valid ID upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, email info@sunnyclubza.com with your order number. We’ll follow up with our courier partners.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@sunnyclubza.com with order details and photos for a replacement or refund.

Non-Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or inability to verify age, the order may return to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
