Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sunnyclubza.com.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist with a replacement or refund.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we can only accept returns in cases of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened beverages or items purchased through third-party retailers.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@sunnyclubza.com. Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
